I deleete pending submissions, and they never go away.

Also, I have this form https://form.jotformpro.com/70728043304954 and regardless of how I access it,
They all go to the same form. If i change the field on one, that field changes on all 3 sessions. Same goes for the base form w/o a sessionID

You need to open first the Incomplete Submission window and then click the Delete button to delete the submission individually.
I test this feature on my end, but I could not replicate the problem. I can delete Incomplete Submission data as intended.
Can you please try also closing your browser and reset logging in to your Form Builder. Then, try deleting Incomplete Submission data of the form again.
Let us know if issue persist.

I have tried it using IE, Firefox, and chrome browsers. after i go through the deletion process. i logoff. close my browser and log back in. the incompletes are still there. The sessions all have the same sessionID number.

Can you please try logging in to your account in an Incognito Mode browsing? Please try deleting the pending submissions and see if this helps to solve the issue.

Note all the sessions IDs are the same.

Thanks for being patient. I have tried replicating the issue at my end with a session and I was able to delete the session normally. Since the Incomplete submissions for the form are displaying the same submission, could you try submitting the form by accessing the submission with the session ID so that the submission should be displaying in the submissions. I think the session should be then removed once the form is submitted.

I tried submitting the form with the dup sessionID. Same result. Nothing has been removed.

I was able to reproduce the issue only on your form. The Delete button on the Incomplete Submission seems to be not working as it should at this time.
I have now forwarded this thread to the next level support so that they can investigate and fix the problem with the Incomplete Submission deletion.
