Why there is Incomplete Value error when submitting the form?

I have a form that I need to start using immediately. I tried to make the question "US Citizen" Yes or No, required*. An error populates every time I make it required. I would like to have this required, so people do not skip over it. Please HELP!

I originally select an answer, by the time I hit submit it's unchecked and and error pops up saying answer the question, i select the answer again, and another error pops-up.

I made the question "US Citizen" required(*) now. I did not want to do that
because people will not be able to submit their forms. Test it again now
that it's in place. you will not be able to submit a request form now
without the error popping up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I tested your form and I was able to replicate this problem, for some reason the US Citizen field was deselecting on Submit causing that error. I was able to fix that by re-adding that field.

So I removed both US Citizen fields:

And added them again:

 

And that worked, here is my clone of your form please test it:

The clone link works, but the actual link on the page does not.
I have my form tied to www.realdealmeetupcruise.com. Select book now. Or do I need to do it myself? I was hoping you all could fix fit on your end. If not, I will go in and delete them and recreate them. I did it before by just recreating the first "US Citizen" and nothing worked. Please advise. Thanks!
