Como posso reativar minha conta? Pois no Login aparece "failed - AUTOSUSPENDED".

Não consigo acessar a outra resposta ( https://www.jotform.com/answers/1121604 ) pois ela está como privada e eu perdi o acesso da minha conta. Como posso reativar minha conta? Pois no Login aparece "failed - AUTOSUSPENDED".

Eu já excluí os dois formulários que eu havia criado e que podem ter gerado a suspensão. Vocês podem reativar minha conta e os meus outros formulários?
