2) The google drive folder I have set up for the submissions to be filed is un-named. I think this is because my clinets are not filling this field in. Can I make a field mandatory?

Yes, you can make a field be required. To make a field required, please see the instructions below:

1. Click the field from the form builder. 

2. Click the gear icon at the right side of the field.

3. The Field properties will open, and under that General tab, toggle the Required to yes.
