Our user named "ejenkins" has reported us that The DocuSign widget is not working. I have tested and I have seen that it gives always "Something's Wrong - please click here to try again" error despite authentication has been verified.

Upon checking user form 71102886123955 with our newly created Docusign credentials, everything seems working on our end.
There has been a problem with the builder regarding token. However, I was informed by the developer who assigned to this ticket.
The problem has been fixed recently. The cloned form works on my side as expected. Could you please try it again and let us know if the issue persists.
In the meantime, please clear your browser caches before test it and do not forget to update widget after authentication. Please also make sure that your DocuSign account is not expired or exceed limitations per month or per user.
Please inform user accordingly.

I confirm that the DocuSign widget works when using the right credentials and clearing the browser caches.
