    Hi,

I am having a problem with my condition settings on my rsvp form. I have set a condition that if someone clicks on 'decline' that the 'name(s)' box/Email and Submit tab shows up but 'Total guest Attending' box comes up instead and I dont know why. I have tried multiple times for this to happen but I still keep getting the same problem.

Can I have assistance with this a.sap please as my invites go live this week so this form needs to be on point and have no mistakes.

    Thanks

    Rachel

There are two issues with conditions that I see here:

I would delete them both, but you can just disable if you wish. The second condition is the one that is showing the Total Guests attending field since by default it's zero.

So, if you create, for example, a condition like this:

Why conditions are not working properly? Image 2 Screenshot 51

    And another one:

That should work as intended. You can check my clone of your form as well:

Let us know how it worked for you.

    Thank you!

Thanks for the above but now that this is working my other conditions are not. For example before you did the above I had it set that if they clicked on 'accept' only the 'total attending' tab will appear and nothing else. And if they clicked on 'total attending' only the number of 'guest' tabs will show according to the number that they have put in 'total attending' so that it looks more professional. Hope that makes sense, if not please refer to my original form and you can see what I mean.

Would you be able to set my conditions back to what it was while still including the above that you have done for 'decline with regret' conditions.

    Thanks!

I understand what you mean. You want according to the number of guests entered to show the appropriate fields.

Could you please test my form now and see if that is what you meant:

    Thank you.

    Hi Nik,

The number of guests and the appropriate fields are still wrong. The small print next to the 'total number' tab states 'total number of guests including yourself...therefore if they put 1 the only field that should show up is 'Respondent name-choice of food-email-submit'

If they put 2 what should come up is 'Respondent name and guest 1-choice of food etc etc'

    Hope that makes sense.

    Thanks

I assumed that actually, but thank you for confirming.

Here is my updated form: https://form.jotformpro.com/71072877102958

Please check, it should work as intended now. I included some extra conditions there so if you accept and select one guest the rest of the form will show and with adding more guests appropriate fields will show as well. If you decline only this will show:

Please test and let us know how it worked.

All fine apart from 'total guest attending' is 4...there should only be fields 'Respondent name and guest 1,2 and 3 fields only.

    Cheers

I'm sorry for that, here is my corrected form: https://form.jotformpro.com/71072877102958

I included a new condition for total guests attending equals 5 so it will show all fields.

    Please check now.

    Thank you!
