How can I have forms in ppt format?

i need the output of my forms in ppt format. can this be made possible?

i have multiple forms and the submissions are sent or available only in pdf format that makes the output received as non editable. kindly advise if any solution even if it costs more as a solution from Jotform no external service

Unfortunately, It is not possible to convert forms to ppt format without using any external service.

You can export your forms in PDF format first. After, using a converter you can convert PDF forms to PPT format as you can find the following link of the example software: https://www.pdftoppt.com/en/

If you need to editable outputs, you can export your submissions in excel format without using any external service.
