How to limit the sales of tickets in form?

    Hello,

I have built a ticket order form. That would be perfect so far. I used the "purchase order"-Widget. What I still need is a quantity limit per product (there are only a number of 300 tickets per day).

Ist that posible? There is a big run for the Tickets  - so its importen to sell not more tickets than possible. Las year it was sold out after half an hour. So its just possible with a quantity Limit.

Or maybe you know a better Widget - this is important:

    - to choose just one product

    - to choose the amount of one product - not more than 4

    - a quantity limit for each produkt

I hope it is possible - that would be a great help.

    Nice greetings
    Christoph

    Hello GucciKing,

If I understand your question correctly, you mean to limit number of ticket sales based on the date you have listed in your payment question. Is that correct?

I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Quantity Gift Registry" & "Gift Registry" widgets and see if that fits into your requirement.

You can add "Form Calculation" widget to calculate the price based and then pass on the calculation values to your payment question. The following guide should help you on how to pass calculation value to payment field:  https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

    Hope this helps.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
