Hover text not showing

    I've created hover text, but it stopped showing in the past month or so. I'm using an iFrame and tried eliminating the script portion from the code but to no avail. How can I fix this?

    Hover text is not shown on your standalone form as well.

    On my cloned form I was able to resolve the issue by opening each field and re adding hover text. Please try the same on your form. I have also cleared your form cache.
