My form does not work

    Hi, my actual form does not work, even if it seems activated from where i am. Cloud you fix this ?

    Your account is autosuspended by our phishing system and because of that your form is disabled. I have inspected your form and I did not found any fields that are violating our Terms of use, so I have activated your account. Your form is working now.
