Bottom of my embedded form missing!

    I need some urgent help!  The bottom of our form is missing.  I've cleared my cache before attempting to embed the form again, but it still not working properly.

    This form is embedded on our website, Peoria-Apartments.com/Apply-Now.  

    The updates included 3 additional questions (fields) and a change in the color of the "Submit" button (and addition of "clear form" button).  We also change the site to secured (https).

    Another issue happened too: the emailed applications we have recently received are missing the signature line.

    I have checked your form and noticed the same, the bottom part is not showing, to resolve the issue you could inject the following CSS code: 

    .form-all{

      padding-bottom: 115px;

    }
