I have this error on all of my forms. What is going on? Do I need to verify something?

    Thank you for contacting us!

We reviewed your account and it was form :

That caused the auto- suspension, it was found to be collecting credit card information on plain text fields. This is considered a phishing activity. Be advised that this is not allowed by our Terms of use

We also noticed that you added a signature field to the form. This does not help the collection of payments through credit cards since they would still be collected in plain text fields.

We have implemented for that matter payment integration:

    I hope this information helps.

We have cleaned the form and reactivated your account. You may continue to work on your forms.

Please refrain from collecting such information and comply with the above procedure.

The system will auto-suspend any form that is non-complying with this.

    Thank you.

We use this collect information from our wholesale customers and don't want to charge them. It is information we keep on file. Are you saying that we can't use your program to collect this information at all since we aren't selling anything within the form?

So even when I do add a payment gateway it makes we charge my client? Even though I am not trying to sell them anything at all?

Please note that your use of your form as it is now is considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms of use. Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information. The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

In light of the above, and as my colleague ktyaguirre suggested, the only options would be using our payment integration, and enabling payment authorization.

But as you kindly explained, you do not want to charge your customers, but instead you would like to have that information on file, and for that I would suggest performing this collecting task outside of the JotForm forms, leaving only the agreement and signing parts if you see fit.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.
