    Google SpreadSheet Integration: New submissions are not being sent

    My SAP request form stopped sending information to the Google Sheet that is integrated with it... It worked yesterday (4/17) but hasn't sent the ones from today 4/18...  Anything you can to do either push it or let me know how to fix it?

    I have pushed submissions of the form you provided to your spreadsheet. Please check if all submissions are now shown inside of your Google Spreadsheet. 

    If some submissions are missing, I would suggest you to reintegrate your form with Google Spreadsheet. Remove current integration and integrate your form again with Google Spreadsheet.

    I did as you suggest and removed the integration and integrated the form again... but I see submissions that are still not populating the Google doc after over 2 hours... How often is the information pushed from Jot Form? 

     

    I would really prefer to not have to do the integration again as I have some customization on the Google Doc that are fairly time intensive to redo every time I have to reintegrate...

    Please allow me to inform you that we do not recommend our users to modify their integrated google spreadsheet because it could possibly break the integration resulting to spreadsheet stop syncing the new submissions. 

    However, if you really want to customize your integrated sheet without breaking the integration, we suggest using the Import Range instead. In this way, it automatically pulls the data from the integrated spreadsheet to the new spreadsheet and then you can now customize the new one.

    So, I took your advice and used the Import Range function. (Nice tip, didn't know about it!)

     

    I broke the original integration and created a new Sheets integration so I would have a clean slate to start with. Everything pulled from Jot Form to the new Sheet just fine.

    Created a new sheet and used Import Range to pull the data so I don't alter the integrated sheet. And that works just as expected.

     

    Entered test data into my form, https://www.jotform.com/build/63196196103153 and waited about 20 minutes for the new test data to show up in my unaltered Sheet / new integrated sheet... and nothing.

     

    Is there something going on with the Google sheet push? Don't think I messed anything up... Can you take a look on your end?

    I have tested Google Spreadsheet integration and it is working properly. New data is added to spreadsheet a soon as form is submitted. 

    I have pushed again submissions to your spreadsheet. Please check if they are now shown. If the new submissions are still not shown I can only suggest you to re integrate your form again. If you noticed that new submissions are not added again please provide us the link of your spreadsheet, with view access and we will report this issue to our developers.

    The ones you pushed never showed on the Google Sheet. So I removed the integration. Logged out then logged back in and set up the integration again... pushed test data and it hasn't shown up in the google sheets...

     

    It pulls all of the information fine when the integration is set up, but any new data isn't being pushed to the sheet... help!!!!

    I tried to submit your form (test submission), however, it seems that my submission didn't come through in your integrated sheet and as well as in your Submission Page.

    I cloned your form (https://form.jotform.us/63196196103153) and did a test on my end. The google sheet works fine on my end.

     

    Can you please try cloning your form also and integrate it with google spreadsheet and see if this helps to solve the issue?

    If the issue still persists on the cloned form, please do let us know.

    Cloning a form creates a new URL... I already have too many people with the correct URL... Cloning is not a viable option... I need the form to work correctly. I'm sorry that I am a pain, just need it to work correctly...

    Ok... so here's what I tried and it didn't work...

     

    Broke the integration... added a couple of hidden fields, got rid of some old conditions and re-added the integration... Nope... not working...

    Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    We had a previous issue in syncing the data between the servers which perhaps caused this issue but it is now fixed by our backend team. 

    I have pushed the missing data on your integrated google spreadsheet, can you please check to see if the data are there now?

    The data was not there... so I re-integrated it again... submitted a test form, and it didn't come through... So... same issue...

     

    Got any other tricks to try? :)

     

    And I really do want to thank you and your team... I know that we users can be kind of a pain sometimes.
