SMTP email

    Good Morning,

     

    I have changed the notification email sender to:

    store@menutek.com

    a pop address. Each time I get "address added" and even went thru the verification process and that comes back as verified. Each time I have saved the change but it won't stay. If I switch off to make other changes the email sender address goes back to "noreply@jotform.com

    Ideas?

    We are also not having any issue regarding to notification emails. I checked your form and I can see that the Sender Email is already set to store@menut**.com.  See image below:
