I went to edit my forms and settings to change the date but it appears it did not work! Can you guide me through the process of changing the submission deadline?

Currently the form is in disabled status due to Submission limit due to expiration date.
If you want to reactivate the form, change the Status to Enabled first, then save.
Then, once enabled you can set again the Status to Disable on Date -- you can now choose a new Expiration date.
Let us know if you are still not able to resolve it.
