I'm not sure what you meant when you said "the Italian version won't show up". Your form isn't multilingual, you only have 1 language setup and that's Italiano.
And if you'd look at your form, all the fields are in Italian because that's what you have manually setup as you were building the form. If you wish to have your form rendered in different languages, you have to setup multiple languages as well. Just carefully follow the guide I'm linking below if you need some guidance on how to achieve that.
