I continue to remove our email address from the bounce list, but after a week or two in bounces again and we stop getting email notifications re: form sign ups. I have whitelisted jotform through or email service provider.Page URL:

I saw that recent email Notification bounced. I have checked and your email address is not in the bounce list any more, so we are unable to check the reason why it was added to the bounce list.
I have also inspected your email Notification settings and I noticed that Reply-to Email option is not selected. I would suggest you to select one of the options from dropdown list.
