Why the form background change by it itself?

I had not change anything and this noon all my forms changed. What happened? A orange banner came on my background

I have checked some of your forms and I cannot see the orange background, I have also checked the revision history for the form http://www.jotform.co/form/70955045909868 and I can see it had a background orange before: 

But it has been changed and it does not show on the current version of the form:
