Some fields are not visible on my form

and some fields are not visible on the form.

Can you be more specific on which fields are not showing up on your form? Your form has a lot of SHOW/HIDE conditions and that's probably the reason why some fields are not showing up by default, they would only show up once the condition has been met.

Please review your conditions and if there's a specific field that's not showing up, be detailed as possible on your next reply.

e.g.

1. What's the name of the field

2. Is it supposed to appear regardless?

3. Is it used in a SHOW/HIDE condition? How does the condition supposed to work?

this morning all is working properly, we think it was maybe a problem on the european server.
