How can I resolve this PayPal express error?

    Hi,

     
    I'm trying to use jotform to receive entry fees for the chess tournaments that I run.
     
    The PayPal payment method doesn't seem to be working. Whenever I try to submit one of my forms as a test, I get the following error message:
     
    "An embedded page at form.jotform.us says:
     
    [PayPal Express Error]
    -An error has occurred. Please contact form administrator for assistance.
    [Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.]
    -You are not signed up to accept payment for digitally delivered goods."
     
    What should I do now? I don't believe the services I provide are actually digitally delivered goods.

    Thank you for contacting us, but in this case it the error is not caused by anything you did on your jotform or with our system, the actual issue is with your PayPal account not being enabled to accept this.

    Unfortunately there is no option that you can tick and have it running, you will need to contact PayPal support and they will be able to turn it on for you.
