    Having a similar issue where it's not allowing to save a new hex color as my highlights - they show in the advanced editor but it won't complete a save and hence won't show up on my live form

    I tested this with one of my own forms and I am able to reproduce the issue.  It seems any changes made are not currently saving.  CSS added does save, but the process in the advanced designer does not look to complete.

    I changed the highlight color and then attempted to save the changes, but errors were produced and the changes would not save:

    I will forward this to our developers to have a look.  We will let you know as soon as it is fixed.

    For the time being, you can add the following code to your form to change the highlight color:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    .form-line-active {
        background : gray;
    }

    Change the color to suit your needs.

    Yes you can save in advanced editor now BUT it corrupts the form to where it looks like crap on the embed and nothing like the preview it’s generating – please see form titled Chiefs.

    I cloned your form to test it and it looks the exact same in the advanced designer as it does in the form preview:

    I checked the form in your account and saw the exact same.

    If you wouldn't mind letting us know what the differences are between the form in the advanced designer and the form being viewed, we will take a look.

    The issue is upon embedding it – this form https://www.jotform.com/build/71083836698167 looks like this is preview:
    [cid:image001.png@01D2B902.4077C570]
    And then looks like this when we embed:
    [cid:image002.png@01D2B902.969B50C0]
    For whatever reason we get this wacky embed only after changing the background color on the highlight via the advanced designer
