Is there a special use or advantage to insert multiple submit buttons into the same form ?

First of all you can add as many submit buttons as you would like to a form, but they will not have any special features. All of them will do the exact same thing: They will simply submit your form.

Some people place multiple submit buttons if the form is very large. So, a submit button at the top and another one at the bottom sometimes makes sense.

Otherwise, I don't see it as anything useful. It might confuse your users. So, I wouldn't recommend it.

What if I need to make my form into sections, each section for a division to edit and then submit what they done?

In other way, can I implement this scenario:

    - Form has theree sections (employee, supervisor, manager)

    - When employee fill his section and hit the submit a notification sent to him and another one for his supervisor but with edit link

    - when the supervisor edit his section and hit the submit a notification sent to the employee and supervisor and another one to the manager with edit link

    - now manger add his note and submit a notification to all.

is that possible, and if not what other options you may suggest.

    Thanks

    Thank you for provided information.

    - when the supervisor edit his section and hit the submit a notification sent to the employee and supervisor and another one to the manager with edit link

    - now manger add his note and submit a notification to all.

The problem is that we do not send email notifications to form submitters (employees in your case) on Edit.

However, if you have a list of all the employees, it is possible to use Conditional Logic on Forms to send conditional notification emails.

Please let us know, if you would like to use this option. Then, we will be able to provide you with the exact instructions. Otherwise, we may try to find some other solution.
