I forgot my password and i tried to reset but the email from JotForm never arrives. I have tried several times.

I just checked the mail log, and I can see that several password reset emails have been sent to your email address, please see image below:
Please check your spam folder, as sometimes emails get filtered as spam. If you can't find them, please get back to us so we can send the email again or look further into it.
