No submission data on form?

    Hello

     

    I think i have a problem with a form.

    There is no data/soumissions

    Is it possible to find the datas ... i don't understand why there is no data.

    Hi,

    Upon checking that form, there's actually no submission on it. Were there submissions on it before? Did you delete them perhaps?

    Have you tried making a test submission? Try filling out the form and hit the submit button. See if you are able to receive the submission. To view the submission, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions. 

    If your form is embedded on a web page, could you share us the link to it? It is possible that the link you shared is not the actual form you used for production.
