Jotform for iPhone

    Hi I installed jotfrom few months ago and while it was crashing each time I tried to open it, the fact I installed it gave me beautiful notifications each time someone submits the form. Few days ago I noticed the app doesnt crash anymore but notifications are gone too. How can I turn them on again?

    Hi;

    I checked your account and would get mail logs indicating that your account mails are being sent.

    You can also try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to noreply@jotform.com and then do a test?

    You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.

    Yes. Mails are sent. But no iphone notifications….

    @Masha

    Hi, Iphone aside, were you able to check if the email was received if checked from a computer or other devices? Or have you tried also using other email account temporarily for the form iphone notification?

    I am thinking maybe it just wasn't syncing properly on the iphone at the moment.

    Yes. The rest works. I get submission notifications via email.
    Its just the app that stopped giving me these.

    I didn’t change anything in the emails since I started working with jotform.

    Hi Masha,

    I just learned that there was a current issue on the notification of the iphone app. Sorry for the inconvinience it may have caused.

    The issue already had a ticket and already with our dev team for assessment.

    You can check the last thread were it was reproduced.

    This thread will be updated once newer information are available.

    Instant Notifications on the JotForm iPhone app is now fixed. Thank you for your patience.
