Simple test form using encrypted data does not submit

To evaluate the JotForm service to see if it might work for us, I have created a very simple test form that stores the data encrypted.

When I click the Submit button it changes to "Please wait..." but then nothing further happens.

I have created a non-encrypted version of the form that submits without problems (https://submit.jotformeu.com/submit/71075039573357).

I have checked all settings and everything is default except for enabling encryption.

Can you let me know what I am missing?

    Hello,

I tested your form and I can replicate the issue on my side.

I cloned your form and I see that the clone is working. I think something got broken on your form.

Could you please try disabling and enabling again the encryption. If this does not work, please clone your form and work on that form. I think cloning the form will resolve the issue.

Here is a guide on cloning forms:

I hope this answer helps. Please don't hesitate to contact us for your further queries.

    All the best!

    Hi Seth,

Thanks for the quick response and answer to my query.

As it was just a test form I created a new one from scratch, turned on encryption, and it worked fine! Hopefully just a one-off bit of strangeness that broke the original test form somehow...

Anyway, thanks for your help and for getting me up and running.

    Cheers,

    Mat
