I selected the "Download all submissions" options so that I could download all uploads to one of our forms. The request was submitted around 2:30 pm yesterday. I still have not received an email with download instructions. It is a large number of uploads (~500), do I just need to wait longer? Or is it not able to export so many at once? Please advise. Thank you.

I see that you are a sub-account user of another account under "Virginiana".
Are you referring downloading all your uploaded files from the submissions viewer or were you using the export data feature?
Which form were you trying to download the files from?
