We had to cancel a class (and issued refunds).
Now we would like to have the submission information pulled from the "completed" set, but retain the contact information for future campaigns.
One way I can think of doing this is to put the submission into "Incomplete" submissions.
How do I do that? Is there a better way to retain the contact information?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to move the completed/paid submissions to incomplete submissions. You may consider adding a new dropdown/single choice(radio button) field on the form to set the status of the submissions. However, you'll need to edit the submission to fill this field of the submissions. This might help in identifying the submissions that are related to the canceled class.
