PDF attachments have stopped coming through

    Our organization has forms we've been using for a long time that are set to send PDF attachments with submissions. This morning PDF attachments stopped coming through. (Also, in one case, all email recipients except one had been deleted and had to be reset.)

     

    This is an urgent issue for us. Please help . . . quickly!
