    Hello,

I use Squarespace for my website and followed your Dwolla integration instructions for my form. The form shows up on my website just fine. However, there is a problem once the form is submitted thereby showing the error. I've double checked the key's from Dwolla and the OATH redirect is in place. Can you take a look at my form and help me understand why it won't work. I also cloned the form and made one for PayPal that isn't working as well (button on the same page). I would like to upgrade to make more than 5 forms but I can't even get these two to work right. Any help would be appreciated.

    Kyle

The PayPal for issue is a quick easy fix.  The PayPal account should be your PayPal account email address.  Currently it is set to paypal.me/wrightresidential which is not an email address.

Swap that out for your PayPal account email and it should work without issue.

I took a look at your form and per error it seems that you did not add the correct details into your Dwolla setup.  They do look to be entered correctly in this case, but that specific error would only show if the credentials were indeed incorrect.

What you should do is to check the credentials in your Dwolla account and then copy paste them into the JotForm payment integration.

That will allow you to be able to use your form and have it submit without an error.  If it does not, I would recommend contacting Dwolla to ensure you are using the correct keys.
