What are transaction rates when accepting Credit Card or ACH payments in BluePay integration

    good solution , what is the transaction fee for credit card or ACH ?

    You can read more about BluePay rates on this page: https://www.bluepay.com/support/faqs/merchant-support/. Please note that we do not take a cut of every payment made in the form. The charges are handled by the gateway itself.

    @vegasnight,

    As my colleague replied, fees are something that comes from the Payment processor, we don't charge any fees for transactions made through our forms.

    If you have a problem with how BluePay works please refer it to BluePay since we have nothing to do with how they operate.

    @Nik_C Nobody accused you of anything. You are the ones shoving BluePay down our throats and then get upset about legitimate questions. All you did is post a link to a "nothing page" - kind of rude if you ask me. As for BluePay, I was just sharing a link to real experiences people had with BluePay so more people could learn about it. Is that Ok or is this highly regulated here?

    The original question was about transaction fees and since we don't charge any fee for transactions my colleague posted a link to BluePay's FAQ page where you can find that information actually.

    It is ok to share information that might help our fellow user, but it was unrelated to this thread, if you experience any problems with how your BluePay is working, please open a separate thread so we can address the problem appropriately.

    Actually, BluePay's FAQ page has nothing on how much they charge, so if you or you colleague took the time to review it before posting it, you would know that it's a worthless link. The link I posted actually has people talking about all kinds of problems with their fees.

    I also noticed that they have live chat support option too.

    It would would wise to gather information about Bluepay from their support, as they know their product better than us.

    @vegasnight, Bluepay is a 3rd party integration that we offer, so we can serve more users and allow them to do more with JotForm. We're not advertising them or forcing you to use Bluepay by any means, we have a number of other payment processor integrations for you to choose from if you dislike the way Bluepay works.

    Please note that we're always here to help, if you have any questions regarding JotForm functionalities, please open a separate thread and we will attend there accordingly.

    Thank you for stating the obvious once again and for your kind offering of the "Amazingly Mysterious BluePay". I don't think JotForm functionality was ever in question here, just your reps. 

    I have never said that I disliked or felt a genuine and deep repugnance for BluePay. I just hope that you are still here to look after your customers.
