My case manager is no longer with our program, to enter more information on a register client, is there a icon to click to add more information?
I'm now taking over the case management of entering case notes on register clients or general information, what is the step to re-open the client's file to add information?

I think you would like to edit the existing submissions so you can fill the other fields. In this case, you need to access the form submissions page: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions.
In the form submissions page, select the submission that you want to modify from the bottom grid then click Edit on the top right side:
