1. My account says that I am auto suspended, even though I changed my password and was logged in. I signed out and tried to sign back in and I can't get in.
2. Additionally, I created a form (and a copy of it, and a completely started a new one) and every time I try to preview or publish it and view it in a new tab (any of the forms), the page says that the form is disabled. However, I made sure that the form was enabled on the home screen as well as in the settings.

Your account with username ayounge is auto suspended by our phishing system and because of that all of your forms are disabled.
