Searching Submissions is not working

I am noticing that the search feature is not functioning properly. I will search for a word and not get any results that I'm certain is in our submissions.

Additionally it will take very long to load the submissions, search or perform any other activity within the form. Often it altogether times out.

 

I cannot view your form submissions grid, you had enabled the encryption. Well, should not take time considering the number of submissions in the form, but assuming that the key is already provided. Please do the following:

1. Log out from your account.

2. Clear your browser cookies for Jotform.

3. Log in again.

4. View your form submissions. The page will require you to provide your Jotform.key. 

5. Please search a term again and let us know if the issue persists. 

I followed all the instructions and still the problem persists. Anything
you're seeing on your side as far as network issues are concerned?

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is related to the updating of the submissions page views for newly received submissions. But we currently are experiencing quite a delay on showing submissions on the submissions page view of forms. Can you confirm that new submissions are not showing up on your end or this is purely about searching existing submissions?

we have two issues, one is that i'm not getting search results for new
submissions. Second is that there is an extremely long delay on showing
submissions on the submissions page view of the forms.

I think the problem is related to the encryption. I just tried viewing a form with thousands of submissions. The page loads timely as well as when searching. Would you mind sharing us your encryption key? This way, we can view the submissions and investigate. It's fine if not, I will ask our developers to help.
