Sending submissions to Trello board

Also, we use a plug-in/"power-up" on Trello that sends the Jotform information to our Trello board. Perhaps there is a bug somewhere in this transfer of information. Regretfully, this is happening on several of our Jotform -- > Trello board submissions.
