I have checked your form , and I see the API username , the API password and the Signature have not been setup yet into the Paypal pro integration. As shown below
In order to get such information , log into your PayPal account and get details on the left side from My Account -> Profile -> Request API credentials link.

You are getting that error because you're using JotForm's payment tool the wrong way. The option property can only be used to provide an option for a single product item.
Each of the products must be added as a new one.
