I am getting messge Authenyication failed when i click on paypal i have all the corect api information can you help

    I have checked your form , and I see the API username , the API password and the Signature have not been setup yet into the Paypal pro integration. As shown below


    In order to get such information , log into your PayPal account and get details on the left side from My Account -> Profile -> Request API credentials link.

    Hi I have now got api credentials right but I am still getting an error
    message saying transaction refused invalid argument. Can you Help?

    You are getting that error because you're using JotForm's payment tool the wrong way. The option property can only be used to provide an option for a single product item.

    Each of the products must be added as a new one.
