I have a form which results in different Thank you pages / recommendations based on conditions of the answers provided.
How can I make that the mail that is sent to my mailbox with the form answers includes the resulting / provided thank you page?

Unfortunately it is not possible to include the thank you message in the submission emails.
To achieve your requirement, I would suggest you to add multiple notification email template and manually add the content which you have added in thank you message. You can then add conditions to trigger specific email alert to be sent based on your condition (condition similar to what you have added to display different thank you message).
