To my understanding, you are seeing the issue on your form's submission page, is that correct?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you, however, I can't seem to reproduce the issue you are having with a newly created form or with a clone version of your form. I have also tried to encrypt the forms and made test submissions to see if the issue you described is caused by it (Form Encryption), but I didn't encounter the said issue.

Since your form is encrypted and submission page is not viewable without the encryption key, may we know if this happens to every submission in your form?

May we know if your form is submitted on a mobile device or a computer?

Also, is your form embedded on any website? If, yes, please provide us the website where the form is embedded

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you.
