RE: Action Needed: You have reached your JotForm upload limit

I just received this email from you and I was not aware that I would reach my limit so quickly.  Is it possible to disable the uploading of audio files via the form permanently and just use the form for permission? I cannot really afford to upgrade at the moment.  

Your FREE account/username radiocasbah  indeed had exceeded already the Upload space allocation. The account is now in Overlimit Status which now disable submissions on your forms.

To reactivate the form you will have to free up the excess in upload storage space allocation. You can do this in 2 ways.

#1 Upgrade to higher subscription plan to have greater Upload space storage allocation.

OR

#2 Delete existing submissions data in your form that have file uploads on them. Take note that deleted submissions are permanently gone. You may want to download first all your form submissions uploaded files.
