Forms on my website are allowing submissions but they are not ending up in my JotForm database.

I just now submitted a couple of forms on my website northbaytennis.com and from a user's standpoint would seem like it went through but when I check JotForm for the back-end submission it does not appear.

There was a temporary lag with data servers which caused this issue. However, the issue is now fixed by our backend team. Please check now and let us know if you need any further assistance.
