    Unchecking JotForm Branding option not removing branding

    Why is "Powered by JotForm" suddenly on all of my forms, and how do I turn it off. I can understand mandatory branding on the free plan, but I pay good money to use your forms.

     I am in the business of providing professional websites, and it is not professional to have this branding, especially when I have forms embedded with custom styling. Please remove this branding immediately.

    You can remove the footer by  unchecking the option to remove Jotform Branding in the Account Settings page

    I investigated the issue further and found that this appears be a technical issue.

    I had forwarded the issue to the developer. Once the issue is resolved, you will be replied to the same thread.

    Which plan allows you to remove branding? I can't seem to find that information.

    Thank you. We are on a paid plan, so I'll follow this thread for updates on fixing the bug. The branding links are causing confusion for our clients.

    When is this issue going to be resolved? I see today that it is still not resolved.

    @melissabee, 

    I have checked your account and I can see it is currently under the free plan, this is why you can see the option still disabled for you. 

    I can also see you're a sub-user account, is the option disabled on the main account?

    We thank you for your understanding and patience. 

    I was informed by the developer who was assigned to this ticket. The issue has been fixed. I also checked your setting page and I can confirm that two options are unchecked and there is no JotForm label on your forms.
