Why has my account stopped receiving forms?

    I have an active form that people are currently using to submit data. However, the submitted forms are not showing up in JotForm. How can I make new submissions show up in my files? And is it possible to retrieve the forms that have been submitted in the past hour but haven't shown up?

    There was a temporary lag with data servers which caused this issue. However, the issue is now fixed by our backend team. The old submissions should also be displaying normally in the submissions view. Please check now and let us know if you need any further assistance.
