Forms are all working and sending the results of the submissions being made, however when reviewing submission history in Jotform nothing is being recorded. I think this in turn is also causing Zapier to not update our details on the CRM (SugarCRM)Page URL:

There was a temporary replication issue with our data servers which caused this issue. However, the issue is now fixed by our backend team. Please check now and let us know if the issue still persists.
