For a lot of submissions, we are getting the 404. Could you please look into it and fix it ASAP as we are losing on some very good applicants.

Did you receive this error on the very recent form submission? If so, this issue may be occurred due to a temporary replication issue with our data servers. However, the issue is now fixed by our backend team. Please check now and let us know if the issue still persists.
