Upload photos to the form and saying the file size is to large

I have a few staff members trying to upload photos to the form and its
saying the file size is to large - is there anyway around this?

Yes, that is possible. You can increase the Limit size in the File Upload Properties page. Here's how: 

1. Login to your account and open your form.
2. Select the File Upload field.
3. Go to the Option tab and set the Maximum Limit File Size you prefer. Please check this link for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit
