since couple of months we have launched to use your platform for our recruitment process.
Unfortunately we have had problems with bounce list for 4 months.
It often occurs (even 3 times this week) that we don't get emails to our mailbox forwarded, but it arrives to Jotform platform.
Why do our mail addresses appear steadily on bounce list? How can we avoid it?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your last edited form and found that your email address firstname.lastname@example.org ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:
email@example.com is IN
the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.1 :127.0.0.5:Client host 22.214.171.124 blocked
That is the reason why the emails are not being delivered to your email address. I have removed your email address from bounce list and it should work fine now. I would suggest you to please speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist our domain names and IP addresses.
