Is it possible to have the information our customers fill out sent to a excel type of database to disply all the information from everybody on one sheet ?

I'm afraid that you can't create reports from multiple forms currently, however you could try downloading the submissions for each form in either Excel of CSV format and then merging the downloaded files into one spreadsheet. To download the data, just go to your submission and select the type of download that you want.
and here's how to do the merge:

Thanks for the help, however i can not see where is says download ? When i look at a new submission i see the "get pdf" - please help?

Here's a guide on how to download an Excel file copy of your form's submissions:
You can choose All-time to have all records (since the form's creation date) downloaded.
