Data is not saved in Europe Servers despite enabling the related option

    Our user named "manos22" has reported us that he can not see his submissions. I have checked his account and I have seen that despite enabling "Store my data only in Europe (Germany)" option, his submissions only can be viewed by entering via https://www.jotform.com/.

    Otherwise, they look all empty.
