Current Hours not autofilling

Just this morning I noticed that that Date / Time field at the bottom of our form is not functioning properly.  The "Hour" field is not auto-filling.  I have gone back into the form and tried to select Current again but it does not seem to help.

 

 

Do you mean the auto-filling when the form is opened since when I opened the form it showed the current time:

Or you meant to prepopulate that field by using Custom URL?

When you go to fill out th form the Hours field is blank. When you go to Submit the form it gives an error message as it is blank. You can manually select it using the arrow, but it had been working where it is auto filled.
