The user made changes on the Thank you page, then tested the form. However, the "thank you" does not show the current version.

I checked the form and found out that there is a condition which sets the Thank You page after a full name question is filled.
Form is working correctly after disabling this condition. Please let me know if anything further that causing an error on Thank You page.
